Property Rights

Land and property ownership remain unequal across Africa, limiting women’s ability to build wealth and secure their futures. We work to dismantle discriminatory practices and empower women to claim, own, and manage property as a fundamental right.

We work to promote and protect women's rights to own and inherit land and assets, enhancing economic security and reducing vulnerability to poverty.

Economic Rights

We focus on equipping women with the knowledge and tools to fully participate in the economy. This includes addressing barriers to financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, access to credit, decent work opportunities, and ensuring women are not left behind in Africa’s growing markets.

We are committed to advancing women's access to resources, entrepreneurship opportunities, and financial inclusion. Our programs create sustainable economic pathways for financial independence.

Individual Rights

Every woman has the right to dignity, freedom, and self-determination. We champion personal liberties such as freedom of speech, freedom of choice, freedom of association, and equal participation in decision-making processes for the women of Africa.

We safeguard freedom, dignity, and equality for women, focusing on eliminating discrimination and ensuring rights to education, healthcare, and personal autonomy.

Legal Regime

Laws and policies play a central role in either advancing or hindering women’s rights. We focus on reviewing, influencing, and reforming legal frameworks to ensure they are gender-sensitive, uphold equality, and protect women against systemic injustices.

We advocate for legal reforms and implementation of laws that protect women's rights, including legal literacy programs and policy advocacy

Socio-Cultural Norms

Deeply rooted cultural practices and norms often perpetuate inequality and discrimination. We challenge harmful traditions, promote positive cultural values, and drive community conversations that reshape mindsets toward women’s empowerment and leadership

We challenge harmful practices through community engagement and education, promoting positive cultural practices that respect women's agency.
